Detailed Description
The throttle position sensor signal voltage is outside the range expected by the ECM.
Possible Causes
TP sensor failure
Sensor power or ground poor
Sensor signal wire abnormal
Throttle body dirty causing sticking
ECM fault.

Measure TP sensor output voltage (approximately 0.5-1.0V at idle, 4.0-4.5V at WOT); Check sensor connector; Clean the throttle body; Check throttle cable or electronic throttle motor for proper operation.
