The actual intake camshaft timing on Bank 1 is more retarded than the ECM-commanded timing, exceeding the allowable deviation range.
Possible Causes
Camshaft position actuator mechanically stuck

VVT solenoid valve failure
Slacked timing chain
Abnormal camshaft position sensor signal.
