Detailed Description

The ECM has detected that the actual EGR system flow does not match the expected flow.

Possible Causes

EGR valve stuck or clogged (most common)
EGR passage carbon buildup
EGR position sensor signal abnormal
EGR vacuum line leak
DPFE sensor failure.
